QUEST - Quality Events System
Quality Events System was initially developed in order to help and automate the process of quality events reporting and handling in the clean room.
Through time the application grew to include a full-featured AR (tasking) system, detailed charts and reports, presentation tools, a
shared learning module, a rules system (state machine) and many more features.
QUEST is now managing and monitoring the full life cycle of an event; from the moment it occurred to the final investigation
conclusions.
Today, QUEST handles thousands of queries and transactions per day; it improved quality events reporting immensely and received great
recognition.
Bug's Life - Quality Assurance Planning and Testing
"Bug's Life" is a planning, management and reporting system for hardware/software QA testing in a FAB.
It enables dynamic planning of the tests matrix, detailed reporting of the results and further analysis of the collected data. The systems is able to self-document projects and tests automatically and performs mass-operations on the data according to templates.
Numerous QA teams use "Bug's Life" extensively, they have successfully delivered and sealed multiple testing cycles and projects using the application.
WizGen - Author and Manage Distance Learning Courses
WizGen is a dynamic, full-featured, online Web Based Training development suite.
It enables training developers to easily create complex activities and interactions, combined with multi-media components. The developer has full control over the navigation tree, menus, look and feel (fully and easily skinnable), language settings and much more. The system has an option to create "offline packages", for independent use by users and "online packages", which monitor the user's learning process and gather statistics.
WizGen is heavily used by training departments; it has become a dependable tool for the development of active Web Based Training content.
Passdown - Shift Management
The Passdown system is used to manage shift swaps in the clean room.
It is in charge of transferring and reporting crucial information about the status and state of various components in the clean room to the next and current shift managers, group managers, engineers and technicians. It features a dynamic template generator, which enables each department or group to create its own work-environment. A template is assembled using a simple drag and drop operation of components from a pool of resources exposed by the system. The components are then configured according to the group's needs, whether they wish to view information, edit it or modify it. The system interacts with multiple data warehouses and handles live data as it is supplied by clean room entities and operations.
Passdown is used daily in many FABs around the world, it handles enormous amounts of data per shift. Its flexibility and extendibility make this mission-critical application a powerful and integral part of the clean room.
